Mels Retiringment Do

He's finally leaving Prison!

Phil and his pals from work had kept quiet about this and didn't even tell Mel.
They had arranged a suprise party at the "Mill Lodge" near Bracebridge Heef in Lincoln.
Babs was a bit concerned that he might not turn up but Phil said "Mrs Mel" (Viv) had sneakily arranged to tell Mel to take her out for tea.
Babs, Marge and Phil were first to arrive and we quickly found our table, it was the ones wiff these funny signs on them.
Phil said he thinks it should say "Reserved" but Marge said in Babs case it was worded quite right!

The seats were quite low in this pub, Phil said it serves me right for being a short a**)
Marge slapped Phil round the ear and made him get her a pint of wine.

Wahey, look at this!
The nice lady who will be getting our food and drinks got Babs her own Higher Chair

I could see for miles, Up here I could keep an eye out for Mel arriving.

Phil got back wiff Marges Wine and he had also got me a Coking Cola in my own glass.
He is very foughtful that Phil, mind you I get the feeling if he had forgotten our drinks Marge would have clobbered him!
Poor Phil.

Oh dear, I fink there has been a problem. Andy the plumber has not got here yet because he can't drive a car or anything.
Clarky was going to pick him up in his "Ka Car" but he had gone missing, Babs was getting worried,
Phil thought Clarky had nodded off because he is always doing that at work.
I fink Mouse said he would "beat him up", finking about it he might have said he would "Pick him up", hope so.

Phew the 2 plumbers arrived in the nick of time, Mouse was still a bit cross, he said he had ruined his fingernails wiff all the worry.
Andy said "Ho Hum".

Suddenly Mel arrived, looks like he saw Clarkys car and guessed what was happening. Looks like he brought his own sign too!

Mel had to show the plumbers his sign, Clarky did not know it was Mels last day so he was quite surprised.
Andy the plumber looked worried in case it cost him any moneys.
Cal looked bored!

Great stuff, our nice wateress brought Babs her food first of the bunch
Even before Mels He He..
It was a nice bowl of Tossed Gorse Salad
"Babs favorite"

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmm
Bloomin heck whats all that flashing lights?

Mel got a big fright too.
Phil said its a bit risky when "Old folk" get frights, not good for their "Arts" apparently,

Ahh, we soon found out where the flashes came from,
Sarah was taking loads of Phornographs. Mouse said she is the boss at a cambera shop so she must be good at taking them!
Mel does not look so frightened now, Fank goodness!

Oh dear, the wateress appeared and said that there was to be no phornographs.
She said it was against "Humand Rights" and was an "Invitation of Babs privacy".
Sarah looks a bit worried in case her cambera gets confistated

I hope Sarah does not fink Babs snitched on her for taking pictures!
She does look a bit cross.
Fink the Wateress was taking names of any suspicious Characters, bet she has got Andys name on her list, he he.

The nice Wateress got called away to another room where a birthday party was going on and there was talk of pictures being taken.
She left her list and the boys decided to have a quick peek.
Babs was right Andy was top of the list, Clarky looked quite smug because he does not even have a cambera so could not be on the list.
Cal was not appy he said his cambera was mostly a mobile phone. Poor Cal criminal record at his age!

I don't know why Mouse is looking so pleased wiff himself.
Phil said that Mouses phone is an antique and could never have had a cambera fitted to it.

Excitement over! Marge decided to order some Grub.
Viv had tried to order a "Big Mac", Mel told her "Smugly"not to be silly, he said "This was not a Drive froo".

Hello, where has Clarky been wiff the nice Wateress?
Babs recons he had gone off to snitch about Phils Mobile tellingphone that has a cambera on it.
Phil said that Clarkys middle name was "Brenda", and he might be a Mole!
I know he is small but even Babs knows Moles are smaller than Clarky!
