From Forres to Edinbahhh
With a few stops on the way.
After Forres we found this little Harbour called Hopetown. It was full of Lobster houses, I think they were out of the see getting cleaned, Phil said the fishermen even put food in these houses so the Lobsters can feed themselves.
I was very interested in the Lobster Houses, they were quite sparse and had no seats and not even a Tellyvision!
I wonder what they do in the evenings!
I helped to tie up this boat, it was quite hard because the rope was quite heavy.
I quite fancied a go in this boat, it looked quite fast but there was nobody to drive it. Phil said they did not have a Life Jarket to fit me anyway!
On the way out we found this old Canon machine, I think it was from the old wars where the humands had fights with each other. It looked quite hard to use though.
Ooh, I feel quite embarressed now. Phil has told me that this is not a Canon, it is a "Hoist" to lift the boats up out of the Arbour.
This is another place that Phil lived before, He said it was a great place to live. He said that there is more "Public Houses" here than anywhere else in the world.
He also said there is a Airyplane base here where he used to work and some lovely beaches too.
I just hope there is somwhere that sells food here!
Thank goodness there was! We found this Cafe that looked like a Cave.
Phil says he was sure this used to be a pub in the olden days, Marge thinks Phil probably thought the whole town was a pub in them days ha ha ha.
This Cave Cafe had some scrummy looking cakes, Marge said I could not have any because it was bad for my Collyestral!
She let me have a nice Coffee with a spoon, called a Lattee though it was very nice!
Phil said the beach was nice and I must say he was right! We did not have time to cross this bridge to find out more though!
Marge said I could have a go at Phornography, Phil told me to be careful how I said that word, He said it might be better if I just asked to take Pictures in future!
The Cambera was quite heavy but I managed quite well.
I took this amazing picture of three "See Birdies" having a chat. I wish I knew what they were talking about!
We just had time for an "Ice Scream" before we left Lossiemouth, Marge said she was pleased we had some Boby wipes in the car.
The next place we got to was "Elgin", Phil said he used to live here too!
He said this Airingplane called a Buccanneer was new, and was not here last time he was here.
He did say they were flying when he used to work here, they used to fly really low and used to scare the pants off the local Sheep.
I told Phil that "I" was the the only Sheep I know who wears pants!
There is this great place in Elgin called the "Moray Motor Museum", Phil has been here before and knew Marge would like it.
The man in charge was very nice and let me sit in the cars, while Phil took some Phornographs.
I think I could have a good race with the Kid who has lots of names who races cars at home. I wonder if they would lend this car to me?
This was a "Marserarty" and it used to go at 180 Miles per Hoor. Marge says that was very fast.
I can't remember what this car was but it was Red and looked quite like the "Marserarty" that I sat in earlier. It feels quite quick too.
We found this car that fitted me quite well, I don't think it was quite as fast as the "Marserarty" but at least I could reach the pedals.
Bye Bye Moray Motor Museum, Next Stop Edinbahhh.
